Barcelona have reportedly reopened talks with Manchester United forward Marcus Rashford as their chances of landing top target Luis Díaz diminish, according to Sky Germany’s Florian Plettenberg.
With Díaz’s potential move from Liverpool now deemed “very unlikely” and long-term target Nico Williams committing his future to Athletic Club with a new 10-year deal, Barça have turned their attention back to Rashford as a serious alternative.

The 27-year-old England international, who is under contract at Old Trafford until 2028, is expected to leave Manchester United this summer following a dip in form and growing uncertainty over his future under manager Erik ten Hag.
Barcelona are in need of attacking reinforcements, and Rashford is a versatile and high-profile addition who could fit into their forward line, especially as they continue to restructure their squad amid financial constraints.
Meanwhile, fellow United winger Jadon Sancho is edging closer to a move to Juventus, reports transfer expert Nicolò Schira. Talks between the two clubs are expected to intensify this week.
Sancho, 25, spent last season on loan at Chelsea, scoring three goals in 31 Premier League appearances. However, the Blues opted not to trigger a clause for a permanent transfer, leaving Sancho surplus to requirements at Old Trafford.
