This is the end to a seven-month suspension that began in November 2024. The company also announced the opening of a new walk-in office in Victoria Island, Lagos, a move which marks a renewed push to expand Starlink’s presence in its largest market by subscriber base in Africa.

The launch of a physical office marks a shift for Starlink in Nigeria. While the walk-in centre on Victoria Island will primarily serve as an information and support hub, hardware purchases will continue to be processed through the website and approved retailers.

Starlink entered the Nigerian market in early 2023, initially operating out of Ivie House on Ajose Adeogun Street in Lagos. Since then, adoption has grown steadily, especially in rural and peri-urban areas where traditional broadband infrastructure is limited or unreliable.
