Saudi Pro League giants Al-Hilal have reportedly tabled an eye-watering new contract offer worth over €160 million in a fresh bid to sign Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the new proposal would see the 26-year-old Super Eagles forward earn €40 million per year over four years, making him one of the highest-paid footballers globally if he agrees to the move. The total value of the deal is said to be more than €160 million, with an option to extend.

Despite previously rejecting offers from Al-Hilal, Osimhen is now facing renewed pressure to reconsider, with this latest bid far surpassing the club’s earlier attempts. Napoli are expected to receive €75 million, the value of Osimhen’s release clause, should the Nigerian striker accept personal terms.
Clubs like Juventus and Galatasaray, who have shown strong interest in the Nigerian international, are now unlikely to match such a lucrative package.
Sources close to Napoli suggest that Al-Hilal are aggressively pushing to beat out European competition not by matching transfer fees, but by offering a salary no club in Europe is prepared to rival.
“This is a concrete way for Napoli to capitalise on the €75 million termination clause,” the Italian newspaper wrote, “which is crucial for rebuilding their attack.”
Osimhen enjoyed a sensational 2024/25 loan season with Galatasaray, scoring 37 goals and providing eight assists in 41 appearances. His form reaffirmed his status as one of Europe’s most lethal forwards, fuelling demand for his signature.
While Vicor Osimhen remains open to staying in Europe to play Champions League football, Al-Hilal’s offer presents a difficult decision for his camp as negotiations intensify.
